yes I have a lodger and his skank girlfriend living here (altho she technically doesnt live here,but is here almost every day :( ),well hes more of a house mate now seein his name is now on the tenancy agreement,just gotta find a way to get rid of him !! Hmmmmmmmmmmm

You should always add a clause, but joint tenancies are difficult mate, only takes one person to cancel tenancy and could leave you vulnerable, you need to ask him if he wants to find a place with his girlfriend, then ask him to take his name of the tenancy
