Whats the best stuff to use for the inside of the car.. dash etc, give it that showroom gleam with a nice smell? I have somewhat neglected mine :mellow:

TBH...dash...just a cloth..I hate shiny dashes

Stains? as I imagine Caz you have a few ;) use G Techniq stain Remover bloody unbelivable stuff
Fabric... when clean...(steam + W2) guard it with Smart Fabric , also use this on carpets.
Leather..I aint that shit hot on this...I know Andy knows some good stuff, but when clean use Leather Guard

Yes I'm a G Techniq fan lol...but this stuff is unreal...expensive but worth it

ideally you want a MATT finish on your dash, the sun shines off a shiny one alot more and will daze you.
if your bmw is like mine it will have a leather or leather look/feel dash.
treat it with a leather cleaner and brush then add a conditioner like you would on your seats. gliptone make good cleaners/conditioner.
id also recommend the swissvax leather brush
