Here's a nice little personal touch I did this in my jag go down to carpet shop you can get carpet remnants for as little as a fiver . Over lay your mats as template and cut replica mats then take them back to shop and ask to have them banded or edged you can have a contrast colour i had tan mats with cream stitch

yea most carpet shops do i use carpet right they have a firm collect and drop off once a week it was about £2 per metre last time i had some done

Theres a carpet-right next to my work. Thats something I might look into. Do you think they will be able to sew a BMW patch into the matts as well? I ahve original cream BMW ones for my car that came WITH the car but they are really old and tattered.

i would say definatly when i had my ford excursion non streched limo they stiched fiber optit lights in rear mat for me and heel pad in drivers side i bought a deep pile lambs wool remnant it was more luxury than my lounge :D
